Encore Global is a private audio-visual company that specializes large event technology. They are a global company with more than 10,000 employees worldwide. The have annual revenue between $25 and $50 million.

There is no link to any social media on any page of their website that I could find.

Encore Global / PSAV seems to do a poor job in general with social media. For a company that has social media convention services, they really should do a better job. If you are trying to sell that you understand social media, you should show that you can adequately use it.

  1. Hi John, I had a long well thought our post that disappeared. Frustrating.

This company does have SM links at the bottom of the page. The links work and I found them to be fairly active on SM. Maybe not daily posts but still at least once a week. It appears they use Hootsuite or a similar app to post because the posts are the same across all the SM platforms.

Personally I like having the SM links at the top of the page. Maybe that's how you missed them. I wonder if the companies that put the links do that for a reason. Perhaps they want you to linger on their web page longer and not leave for perusing social media.
